Yeah, I've hardly heard of myself. I was just thrilled that when it came time to do the show that you actually thought enough of me to invite me out. Thanks for the fantastic weekend!

I think you hit the nail right on the head. There are several comic book conventions across the country, if people are looking for the "small" con experience. But it is the madness of San Diego Comic Con, that can not be duplicated anywhere else. And the "Comic Book" genre has spanned across so many different medias now, that it has such a broad ...
Hi. I really enjoyed your over view of my Scout series. Very insightful. However, there was a mistake: in regards to: " the flood that led to the demise of Eclipse comics in the early 90s gave Scout and Scout: War Shaman a Kirk sized double fist to the gut. The flood wiped out the inventory of back issues making the book scarce. When the company went under, Todd McFarlane bought the IP for the entire Eclipse catalog. This led to years of rights conflict for Truman not only for Scout, but also for Grim Jack as well." I was sole copyright and trademark owner of Scout and there were never, ever any ownership conflicts in regards to the title with McFarlane or anyone else. Grimjack was a different story (and was published by a different publisher: first Comics, rather than Eclipse), due to the woeful state of affairs when first collapsed. Happily, differences were worked out and John and I were able to publish two Grimjack graphic novels over the last few years (Grimjack: Killer Instinct and Grimjack: Manx Cat. Manx Cat was published online at comicmix.com and will be collected and published by IDW later this year.) Again, thanks,
